George Arthur DEAKIN was the son of George DEAKIN and Elizabeth DEAKIN (née DAVIES). He was born on 24 May 1881 in Stockport, Cheshire.
In 1908, he married Mary Louisa HUNT in Stockport and they had one daughter, Mary St Faith DEAKIN born in Great Harwood, Lancashire, in 1909.
Rev. George A. Deakin died on 12 April 1967 and he is buried in Chorlton-Cum-Hardy, Manchester.
